Can Not Buy or Sell till 30th June

On closing of Financial Year 19-20 , SEBI has declared that till 30th June there will be no selling and buying will be carried out by any of the promotors or insider of the company from 1sr April till 48 hours of declaring the final quarters result. 

This has been declared as last year , companies reports was shared in social media before it has submitted in front of officials.

It is going to be major as without Cashflow of big investor , promotors market can go down worst.
